As Vietnam will start to pilot operate a carbon credit exchange from 2025 in oder to officially operate in 2028, creating a cross-border carbon trading and management platform is a critical problem. The platform help countries to trade carbon credits with each other easier and safer.

Law is a complex and diverse field, with many different regulations and provisions. This can make it difficult for people to learn and understand the legal provisions related to them. With the support of a virtual assistant, people can easily ask and answer questions and look up information about legal documents quickly and accurately. Virtual assistants can also help people stay up-to-date with new regulations and better comply with them. This has great significance in improving law knowledge for the people and increasing transparency in law enforcement.

Collaboration Needs
  • Solution 1: One way to verify carbon credits is to designate each carbon credit as unique and irreplaceable by using blockchain and NFT technology.
  • Solution 2: Carbon credits can be represented as NFTs, allowing them to be easily traded on NFT exchanges. The use of blockchain also helps to reduce costs and increase transparency in carbon credits management and transactions.
  • Solution 1: A virtual assistant on the official website of each Ministry to serve the inquiries and questions of people in the fields of specialized management of the Ministry, specially helpful for civil servants, public employees to comply with the scope of work.
  • Solution 2: A virtual assistant have the ability to ask - answer according to the conversation, answer consecutive questions with related content. People can get the answers about a number of processes, procedures and public services that people are interested in.
