-Japan exhibits as Asia’s first Partner Country of the show-

2024 Winter Fancy Food Show is a major food exhibition over 1,100 suppliers attend from all over the world. The Japan Pavilion features more than 50 companies and organizations exhibiting wide range of Japanese food, including seafood, Wagyu beef, rice, condiments, confectionery, beverages and so on. In addition, food industry organizations will also exhibit such as rice, soy sauce, and others. Furthermore, as Japan is first Asian country selected as a Partner Country for Winter Fancy Food Show, various Japanese product promotion events will be organized during the exhibition period.

About the Japan Pavilion
Driven by centuries-old traditions and innovative technology, Japan is full of culture-rich culinary treasures yet to be unveiled. In addition to a wide assortment of high-quality seafood, exhibitors will also showcase Japanese food such as A4 and A5 Wagyu beef, rice, seasonings, and sweets. Artisanal farmers and purveyors will display products such as soy sauce, plant-based products, condiments, and dashi.
Take a culinary adventure as you savor the flavors and learn about the meticulous attention to quality and time-honored techniques and processes behind its distinct foods and ingredients that Japan has had in practice for centuries, such as fermentation, regenerative aquaculture, upcycling and more —all under one tasting pavilion at the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show.

Japanese Seafood Promotion Booth (Booth #1353) will be opened full day during the exhibition to promote Japan’s world-class seafood such as Hotate (Scallop), Hamachi/Buri (Yellowtail), and Tai (Snapper). Visitors will not only learn more about Japanese seafood, but also appreciate their fresh tastes.
